What data do I collect?

How long do I keep your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained in accordance with my global data retention policy. I will maintain personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes defined in this privacy policy. I am a US-based website, which is available globally.  I am not a business.  Any information that you share is used only by me and any support partners.  I may share your data with certain trusted third parties in accordance with contractual arrangements in place with them, including:

Marketing

I have an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about the news I supply and publish, product and services offerings.  User can subscribe through an online process where you give your explicit approval. All subscribers personal information is collected, processed, managed, and stored in accordance with the regulations.  You can unsubscribe at any time using the automated online service and the footer section of newsletters.  The email mailing list program is done using ActiveCampaign.  Their privacy policy can be found here.  If any third party content is shared via the mailing list, it will be explicitly stated in the communication.

Reproduction of User Content

For Users that provide reviews, posts, quotes, inputs, photographs, testimonials, stories, or other feedback about my Content, products, the Website, or any other information through verbal or written correspondence or otherwise (“User Content”), we gather your first and last name, email address, and any User Content included in such correspondence. By submitting the User Content, you accept that we may use your Personal Information and such User Content as permitted with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to presenting, reproducing, modifying, sharing, adapting, publishing, displaying, quoting, translating, and creating derivative works/materials from the User Content, in whole or in part, on the Website, social media platforms, in our advertising and marketing materials, without any compensation to User. No personal information collected from children

I will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If I obtain actual knowledge that the website has collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately removed from any access. Because I do not collect such information, no such information will be to used or to disclosed to third parties. I have designed this policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
