What data do I collect?

How long do I keep your personal data?

Marketing

I have an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about the news I supply and publish, product and services offerings.  User can subscribe through an online process where you give your explicit approval. All subscribers personal information is collected, processed, managed, and stored in accordance with the regulations.  You can unsubscribe at any time using the automated online service and the footer section of newsletters.  The email mailing list program is done using ActiveCampaign.  Their privacy policy can be found here.  If any third party content is shared via the mailing list, it will be explicitly stated in the communication.

Reproduction of User Content

For Users that provide reviews, posts, quotes, inputs, photographs, testimonials, stories, or other feedback about my Content, products, the Website, or any other information through verbal or written correspondence or otherwise (“User Content”), we gather your first and last name, email address, and any User Content included in such correspondence. No personal information collected from children

I will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13.
